Country Corner Furniture
La Crete's furniture store, with a mark that fits on a building.
It's on the front of the store now, so I get to drive past my work every time I go uptown.
Pinelodge Bible Camp
Camp merch kids actually want to wear home.
A tent-and-pines mark that works as a rubber hat patch, plus a retro script tee for summer. Full disclosure: I direct the camp. Toughest client I've had.
Summit North
Handcrafted saunas, made right here in La Crete.
A mark that feels warm, northern and built by hand. Because if you're going to sit in a hot box at minus 40, it should at least look good.
Curt + Myr Co.
The handmade goods shop I ran in downtown La Crete.
A simple house mark and a lot of white space, so the candles and crafts could do the talking. Being my own client meant no one to blame but me.

A tax office in Granbury, Texas that didn't want to look like a tax office. Green, bronze and cream, with a little golf-course swagger.

About
Hi, I'm Curtis.
I've been designing for about 20 years. I also used to be in a band called High Valley. I designed our logo, spent years on the road, and learned that everything from the album cover to the interviews has to tell the same story.
Now I live in La Crete, where it hits minus 40 and everybody knows your truck.
I run a few small businesses of my own too, so I get that you don't have time for this stuff. That's kind of the point of hiring me.
